-Keep an eye out for major clashes so that the teachers can make changes and book the venues (tell the comm!)
-The teachers said the major changes were made to give the Sec 3s time to prepare for their CL examination and for the Sec 4s to attend Farewell.

IF COMM HEADS WANT TO HAVE A MEETING
1) sms people in their comm (by whatever system they have implemented)
2) sms sec 1 (i/c)
3) sec 1 i/c smses the rest of the sec 1s
Therefore it is CRUCIAL for you to have a contact network system (of which the deadline is today)

· denise and gwee to sms sec 1 i/c to inform the rest of the sec 1s in FOH before each meeting
2. Decoration Plan
· Check out AVA room
· Separate duties into outdoor and indoor
· Draw/describe plan
3. Ticket Design by end of week 10
· Confirm and draw draft of ticket to actual size (A4 when unfolded)
4. Miscellaneous
· Work plan (on blog) (please send to Samantha to send to me)
· Budget plan (on blog) (please send to Samantha to send to me)
· Overall proposal by Sunday (Denise and Gwee to assign duties)

1) PERFORMANCE PLANNING
- Confirm Performances
WHO + WHAT
FLOW OF ALL THE PERFORMANCES (INCLUSIVE WITH SPOOFS)
- Script for Spoofs and Emcees
There are no fix amounts of Emcees
Emcess will be a background voice instead.
To be done by : A day in Week 10
2) COSTUMES
-Table for Spoof + Costumes (As said my Comm Members that day)
- Be ready to take Costume Orders from FOH
- Finish Budget Plan and Work Plan.
The latter is more important and is due this Sunday.
3) MISC
- Set up Contact Network ( Sec 2 and 3)
Must have EMAIL (of each member)
This is by this Saturday Night
Raeann and Hui Xin to sms sec 1 i/c to inform the rest of the sec 1s in PP before each meeting
- If there is a meeting being held on a said date , you are required to sms comm members as well as the PP comm members.
Comm Heads , you either 1) assign to people to do 2) do it yourselves
or the comm will bankai you. (Siu Ming)
And yes , no meetings held on Wednesdays because its a bad timing for all , do change to Friday because it seems more people can make it on Friday.

4 pm to 5.30pm at the Lower Sec Music Room
- Sec Twos and Threes have no CCA
But the ad-hoc committees can meet any day at their own convenience for Showcase

A model workplan (just an example) for the committees! Something like that ok!
Rough example of how the budget should be like. HOWEVER, we require it to be more detailed.
List out even small things like, Red cloth $4.50 or Double-sided tape $2.00.
Dates to take note of:
10 September 2010 : Brief plan for FAREWELL & BUDGET PLAN FOR SHOWCASE.
22 October 2010 : FINALIZED PLAN FOR SHOWCASE. (ALL THE NITTY GRITTY)
5 November 2010 : All COSTUMES & require items FULLY PREPARED.

.The New Name List for the TENTATIVE CIP.
Please note the dates that you've been allocated, and inform your level cos. ASAP if you can't make it. Okie, you're supposed to meet at 11.15am at Dhoby Ghaut's Mrt Station's SWEETALK (for those not in the loop or a potato sack , its a bubble tea shop).

Volunteers are needed to be i/c of these activities: DAY 1- Follow me (icebreaker), DAY 2- ice statues (icebreaker) - From Chik.
